這首歌我還不錯喜歡下
而且嚴重勾起了我想吃apple and cinnamon的欲望
記得上次的蘋果派中加入cinnamon后意外的好吃后
就一直想念著那個味道

受不了誘惑，晚上去了超市
抱了9粒蘋果，一包cinnamon powder回家
還外加pancake mix來搭配～

今天上課就一直迫不及待要回家吃apple and cinnamon
上次我說用派皮來搭配蘋果陷

可是在kl的家沒有烤爐可以給我烤派
想了很久，就決定嘗試下pancake
我沒吃過pancake,因為它看起來就不特別的臉

這次買了這個牌子的pancake mix
在一堆pancake mix當中最方便的了
不需要加入牛奶和雞蛋，只是加入白開水就好
攪拌均勻過后就可以煎了～

我發現原來煎pancake是一件不簡單的事情
我低估它了。。第一片就焦掉。。><
火爐的小火還是很大火，pancake沒2下就焦了
結果接下來的我都拿著那個鍋子離火30cm來煎
一片片慢慢煎。。><真耗時呀～
好加在pancake快熟～

弄完pancake過后可以準備蘋果部分了
用了5顆青蘋果
這五顆蘋果我看切出來都不知道有沒有4顆的分量
><爛蘋果！

蘋果切丁后就放入鍋里然后加糖一起炒
這次不知道是蘋果酸還是糖不甜
我加了很多黃糖依然覺得很酸
炒到大概軟的時候就可以加入cinnamon了

炒到自己喜歡的軟度就可以上桌吃了咯

對于pancake我有緊張下
一吃，發現原來還不錯吃勒
松軟qq的，而且buttermilk的口味很香
頓時覺得這種粉很厲害，同時也對pancake改觀了
btw,左上角的就是剛開始時候的失敗pancake

過后到了蘋果部分
我只能說，工欲善其事必先利其器
上次用便宜honey做出來的蜂蜜蛋糕很難吃
這次用不新鮮的蘋果做出來的蘋果陷也不好吃啦！！
味道還不錯，口感就~殘念啦～
蘋果有些都變得粉粉了，而且好酸T.T

我要去pasar malam買水果啦！

As a conclusion
今天學會了做pancake是需要耐心的
而且工欲善其事必先利其器這句話是對的～

不過至少滿足了我想吃apple and cinnamon的欲望~

下次再接再厲～
